"Our latest work on diffusion in lithium bearing mineral was published in ACS Materials Letters. In this paper, we show that aluminum site defect are responsible for observed lithium diffusion activation energy in spodumene which is crritical in developing low temperature lithium extraction to make battery cathodes.

I recently attended Computational Materials Science and Engineering GRC Conference in Summer of 2024 in Maine. I presented my work on dual-atom catalyst for zinc ion batteries and attended talks from mesoscale to atomic scale simulations in materials.
